Accordingly, Article 5 of Circular No.19/2020/TT-BCT dated August 14, 2020 of the Ministry of Industry and Tradestipulates that “C/O form D issued before December 21, 2020 as per regulations in Appendix VIII issued with Circular No. 22/2016/ TT-BCT, shall be accepted by Customs”.
However, the Philippine Customs informed that due to administrative procedures, Philippine Customs has not yet printed the new C/O form, and the former C/O form shall be continue to be used in accordance with the regulations in Appendix VIII issued togetherCircular No. 22/2016/ TT-BCT to July 31, 2021.
Accordingly, the GDVC said that the Customs shall accept the former C/O form D issued by the Philippinesuntil July 31, 2021.
Previously, the Philippines Customs and the ASEAN Secretariat notified the use of C/O form D.
