Accordingly, during the peak month - "the month accompanying taxpayers", taxpayers including organizations under the Hanoi Taxation Department and individuals paying personal income tax at the Hanoi Taxation Office (not including taxpayers who are obliged to submit tax at Tax Branches) will submit personal income tax finalization documents at Hall A1 of La Thanh Hotel.

During this time, the Hanoi Taxation Department will strengthen staff to support and receive personal income tax finalization documents including: Personal income tax, tax declaration & tax accounting, information technology, and support from members of the youth union. Accordingly, all units will work together to respond quickly to the needs of taxpayers in a timely fashion. In addition, the Hanoi Taxation Department will also arrange computers, equipment and transmission lines to support taxpayers effectively. Taxpayers will even be provided free parking when conducting personal income tax finalization procedures.

Particularly on Saturdays (25th March 2017 and 1st April 2017), the Hanoi Taxation Department will handle personal income tax finalization dossiers of taxpayers at Hall A1 of La Thanh Hotel. For other tax administrative procedures, the Hanoi Taxation Office will perform at the Single Window point as usual.

For individuals filing personal income finalization dossiers without time limit, they should avoid submitting dossiers at peak times so that they do not have to wait.

During the peak month - "the month accompanying taxpayers" to perform personal income tax finalization for 2016, the Hanoi Taxation Department expects taxpayers to observe the Law well and recommends that enterprises and individuals should carry out personal income tax finalization procedures in line with tax regulations.

From 23rd March 2012 to 1st April 2017, the Hanoi Taxation Department persuaded a number of tax agents to assist enterprises at the reception desks and taxpayers' desks as follows:

(1) At the reception office of the Hanoi Taxation Department (Hall A1 of La Thanh Hotel - 248 Doi Can, Ba Dinh, Hanoi or 226 Van Phuc, Ba Dinh, Hanoi), there are tax agents as follows: Vietnam Outsourcing Service Co., Ltd, Asian Audit and Financial Consulting Co., Ltd, and HSK Vietnam Audit Co., Ltd.

(2) At Dong Da District Tax Branch (No. 185 Dang Tien Dong, Dong Da, Hanoi), there are tax Agents as follows: Global A & T Trading Investment Services Co., Ltd, and HSK Vietnam Audit Co., Ltd.

(3) At Hai Ba Trung Tax Branch (No. 161 Trieu Viet Vuong, Hai Ba Trung, Hanoi), there are 2 tax agents as follows: Tax Consultancy and Investment and TAC Tax agent.

(4) At Ba Dinh District Tax Branch (No. 9 Nguyen Hong, Ba Dinh, Hanoi), there is only one tax agent as follows: FAC Finance and Accounting Consultancy Company Limited.

(5) At Hoan Kiem Tax Branch (No. 885 Hong Ha Street, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi), there is also one tax agent as follows: FAC Finance and Accounting Consultancy Company Limited.

The promotion of coordination between the Hanoi Taxation Department and tax agents has contributed to improving the quality of operations and promoting the role of tax agents in raising awareness of taxpayers' compliance with the Law, facilitating the production and business activities of taxpayers and promoting the socialization of taxpayers in line with the Tax System Reform Strategy for 2011-2020.

In the coming time, the Hanoi Taxation Department will continue to promote cooperation with tax agents and associations in order to further develop and improve the quality of these organizations to support taxpayers as much as possible.
