It is known that although Ha Tinh Tax Department has taken drastic measures to urge enterprises with tax debts such as direct working, calling, sending e-mail, sending notice these enterprises still delayed the tax payment.
Among 54 enterprises with tax debts, 14 enterprises with tax debt over VND 2 billion and the remaining enterprises with tax debts of less than VND 1 billion.
Some enterprises with large tax debts such as: Ha Tinh 1 Construction Joint Stock Company with over VND 9 billion; Ha Tinh Investment and Construction JSC with VND 7 billion; Vu Quang Iron Co., Ltd with over VND 5.3 billion; Song Da 27 JSC with over VND 3.8 billion; 474 Join Stock Company VND 3.8 billion; Manh Quan Investment and Construction JSC with over VND 3.2 billion; Central Construction and Consultant JSC with over VND 3.1 billion; Vietnam-Laos Development Investment JSC with over 3.1 billion; Chieu Hao Co.,Ltd, with over VND 3 billion; Ha Tinh 1-9 Co., Ltd, with over VND 2.5 billion ...

In the coming time, the Ha Tinh Tax Department will continue to publicize in the mass media the cases of large outstanding tax debts, tax payment delay, and tax evasion and transfer dossiers to the law agencies to handle in accordance with regulations to ensure the equity in compliance with tax law, reduce Tax debt and increase State revenue. At the same time, implementing tax arrears and administrative fines, fines for late payment for violations.
