Always accompanying with enterprises

According to Mr. Mai Son, Deputy Director of Hanoi Tax Department, since the implementation of the Law on Tax Administration with the mechanism of self-declaration and self-payment, the Tax authority has implemented tax administration under its competency, so the propaganda to support taxpayers is increasingly important. For many years, Hanoi Tax Department has focused on this task in line with the direction of the Government, the Ministry of Finance and the General Department of Taxation. The Hanoi Tax Department always considers the satisfaction of enterprises and taxpayers as targets for tax policy reform.

According to the representative of Hanoi Tax Department, in order for taxpayers as well as the business community to timely understand new tax policies, the Department has actively developed the "New Tax Policy Bulletin", “e-Mail for information exchange with taxpayers” and many articles guiding on tax policies and updated them in its website. These new tax policies are systematized, compiled briefly and transmitted via the e-mail system and sent to 160,000 enterprises that registered with the Tax authorities.

"In order to provide the best support for taxpayers, the Department held a meeting with tax agents in the area and discussed solutions for the development of tax agents. The goal is to accelerate the socialization of taxpayer support, thereby improving its efficiency’’ Mai Son said.
