When granting car ownership transfer acknowledgement, if officials and employees enjoy preferential treatment privileges and immunity to changing working zone, apart from complying with the provisions at Point 8, Clause 6, Article 1 of Circular 93/2018/TT-BTC of the Ministry of Finance, after granting the car ownership transfer acknowledgement, customs authorities will make a copy ofimport goods declaration with the stamp "used for re-export or transfer or destruction vehicles as prescribed by law”(made by officials and employees who are entitled to exemption when applying for a transfer acknowledgement) with the stamp on the certification of the Customs Department which granted the transfer acknowledgement to the vehicle owner to carry out vehicle liquidation when the vehicle owner finishes his next term in Vietnam.
When finishing the next term, the vehicle owner may use a copy of the import goods declaration with the stamp "used for re-export or transfer or destruction vehicles as prescribed by law" to carry out the liquidation procedures like re-export, transfer and destroy for vehicles as prescribed.
