General Department of Taxation continues upgrading the application of supporting declaration

The General Department of Taxation announced the upgrading of the application of supporting declaration version 4.1.8 aimed to meet professional requirements and some arising issues.

Specifically, the updated version will supplement two more items that are crude limestone (code 020109) and clay (code 020110) from July 1, 2016; function of reporting loss, fire and damage invoice (BC21/AC) and displaying the column of notes in the report of loss, fire and damage invoice(BC21/AC), by removing the word "lost" in the values ​​in the column of note.

The application also updated the binding at the criteria [21] – from the month on the list 05-3BK/QTT-TNCN: Checking the criteria [21] must be equal or larger than January of the settlement year; updating the list of payable items to the State budget in accordance with Circular No. 324/2016/TT-BTC and Updating to show the declared number and number already adjusted in section [III. Summary of the adjustment of payable tax].

Besides that, the General Department of Taxation updated some errors of version 4.1.7 including updating the display of red alert when entering the criteria "tax code of taxpayer" in Section II. It also allows firms to register for a change in dependents that coincide with the code of payable agency.

The application also updated the correct display of the information of the number column in Form 3.10 relocating and synthetising from the main declaration with thousands of units of data.

The upgrades include updating the sample printing function of the settlement profile cover: after printing, users can manipulate other functions on the application and update the function of printing declarations, such as updating the display the correct page number and displaying the barcode of the declaration and updating bug fixes of printing barcode declaration.

The announcement also stated that from May 22, when setting up tax declaration dossiers related to the above upgraded contents, organisations and individuals paying tax will use the declaration functions of supporting declaration application 4.1.8 version instead of previous versions.
