Controlling investment capital, the State Treasury refused to disburse more than 20 billion vnd

From the source of the State Treasury, treasuries through the controlling of State expenditures have detected and requested supplementary dossiers for payment of about 16,495 items of expenses that haveincompleteformalities, the amount of money refused to be disbursed is 18.2 billion vnd.
The State Treasury’s report also shows that by August 31, investment expenditures as planned for the year 2016 which have been disbursed via the system of treasuries have reached 140,678 billion vnd, attaining 43.5% as compared to the plan assigned by the State in 2016. Of these, fundamental construction capital was 100,999.5 billion vnd; other capital sources disbursed was 24,559.4 billion vnd. Controlling investment capital disbursement, the system of treasuries refused to disburse 20.2 billion vnd. Investors asked for payment butsome expensesdid not havesufficient dossiers as regulatedattached.
With regard to capital mobilization for the State budget and development investment, by August 252016, the State Treasury had mobilized capital by issuing Government bonds estimated at 231,084 billion vnd (reaching 92.4 % of the annual plan)
In August 2016, the State Treasury mobilized capital through issuing government bonds valued at 24,206.2 billion vnd for the State Budget and development investment.
