 VCN- The Office of Government has issued a document of guidance of the Deputy Prime Minister Vuong Dinh Hue on the Scheme of restructuring of State owned enterprises in the period 2016-2020.

In order to complete the Scheme and the Draft decision of the Minister on restructuring of State owned enterprises, especially the economic corporations and the State corporations in the period 2016-2020, the Deputy Prime Minister Vuong Dinh Hue requires the Ministry of Finance to supplement the assessment of the result of the implementation under the regulations of Decision No.929/QD-TTg of the Prime Minister on the completion of the restructuring target set, the State capital withdrawal in the Joint Stock Companies which the State does not need to regulate; the completion of the tasks of public enterprises; and the restructuring task by sector without distinction of managing levels and authorities.

The Ministry of Finance should strictly follow Resolution No.05-NQ/TW dated November 1, 2016 on a number of guidelines and policies in order to continue to innovate the model of growth and enhance the quality of growth and labor productivity and the competitiveness of the economy and Resolution No.24/2016/QH14 of the National Assembly on the plan of restructuring the economy in the period 2016-2020. It should review and compare the content of the restructuring of State owned enterprises in the plan of restructuring of the economy in the period 2016-2020 of the Government to supplement the assessments and specify the contents on the targets and resolutions and the task of restructuring of the State owned enterprises in the period 2016-2020.
