Complete Restructuring State Enterprises Plan in the period of 2016 – 2020

Specifically, the Deputy Prime Minister assigned the Ministry of Finance to follow up closely the Plan on Restructuring, Renovation, and Enhancement of State Enterprises' Efficiency proposed for submission to the 5th Plenum of the 12th Party Central, completing the draft Decision of the Prime Minister. The Prime Minister approved the Restructuring State Enterprises Plan, focusing on state-owned economic groups and corporations in the period of 2016-2020.
The Deputy Prime Minister noted that the completion of the Plan should be supplemented with the objectives and tasks of establishing a specialized agency to exercise the rights and responsibilities of the representative of the capital owner in state enterprises.
Furthermore, finalize the draft Decision about land-related contents of enterprises when they are equitized in order to comply with the Law of Land.
The Deputy Prime Minister requested that the Ministry of Finance needed to submit the draft of Prime Minister's Decision approving the Restructuring State Enterprises Plan in the period 2016-2020 for the Prime Minister in order to consider and approve before 29th April 2017.
