Therefore, to avoid goods congestion at the border gate, Hai Phong Department of Industry and Trade requestsagencies, People's Committees of districts and related units to promote the communication and information to businesses, especially farming households, production establishments, and exporting and processing enterprises of agricultural products and fresh fruit.

Accordingly, enterprises need to regularly update the situation of customs clearance at the northern border gates to proactively plan for production, packaging, delivery, export of goods, avoiding congestion and other disadvantages.

Notably, enterprises should export goods to the Chinese market in the form of official trade, and absolutely should not bring goods to the border for sale at markets only, without buyers, recipients andminimum standards on packaging and traceability for exporting goods.

To strictly abide by regulations on traceability, planting area declaration, packing facilities, labeling as well as other relevant requirements to improve product quality, and meet the standards and regulations agreed with the Chinese side and facilitate border clearance.

In addition, Hai Phong Department of Industry and Trade has a separate recommendation document on agricultural exports.

Accordingly, the railway industry has officially operated an international refrigerated container train transporting agricultural and aquatic products from Dong Dang station (Vietnam) to Bang Tuong station (China).

Therefore, Hai Phong Department of Industry and Trade proposes departments, People's Committees of districts and related units to promote the communication and full information to businesses.
