Prime Minister assigns the Government bond investment plan 2017 (2nd period) |
The Prime Minister assigned the Minister of Planning and Investment to decide to allocate ministries and People's Committees of the provinces and centrally-run cities the list and specific rate of Government bonds 2017 (2nd period) for the projects according to the law.
This ministry chairs and coordinates with the Ministry of Finance to monitor and inspect the implementation of the Government bond investment plan 2017 and take all responsibility for the Prime Minister and the inspecting and auditing agencies for the accuracy of information, data and capital allocated to the projects.
The Prime Minister requested the ministries and the People's Committees of the provinces and centrally-run cities on the basis of assigned Government bond investment plan 2017 to allocate or inform the Government bond investment plan 2017 (2nd period) including list and specific investment rate of each project as prescribed for their subordinate units to implement.

These agencies have to make monthly, quarterly and annual reports on the implementation and allocation of the Government bond investment plan 2017 as regulated, be responsible for the accuracy of the information related to projects invested by the Government bonds managed by the ministry and locality and promptly report to the Ministry of Planning and Investment on inaccuracy information for summary to submit to the Prime Minister.
