7 subjects become “targets” of market management

The Minister of Industry and Trade, Mr. Tran Tuan Anh, has approved an Inspection plan in 2017 of the Market Management Department. Accordingly, from January 1, 2017 to end of October 31, 2017, the Market Management Department will focus on the 7 groups.
These subjects include: production, import and trading of inorganic fertilizers enterprises; export - import petroleum traders, petroleum distribution traders, general petroleum agencies; Gas traders, loading stations, supply stations; import and manufacture food enterprises; import and sales of animal feed enterprises, plant protection products; import and sale of pharmaceutical and cosmetics enterprises; import and sale of consumer goods.
This plan is aimed to ensure the legal compliance of enterprises and traders. Thereby checking and detecting shortcomings in management mechanisms, policies and regulations in order to make recommendations to State agencies to solve problems; promote positive factors, contribute to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of State management.
Hence, in order to achieve the objectives of the plan, the inspection activities and handling administrative violations must comply with the provisions of law. All violations must be detected and executed severely according to law.
Besides that, the inspection, and sanctions must be linked to the propagation and dissemination of law to the group of subjects.
Inspection and control should not cause any trouble or obstacles for manufacturers, enterprises and service providers; ensure the lawful business activities of the enterprise can be conducted normally.
