The name of the enterprise importing the above goods on the declaration was Dieu Tien Trading and Services Ltd. Company (Tan Binh District, Ho Chi Minh City). The imported goods were declared as 2 containers of Cherry wood from Mozambique. The shipment was classified in the “Yellow Channel” (means to examine records).
However, the Customs Branch of Sai Gon port, Zone 1 coordinated with the Customs Control Team (the HCM City Department of Customs) and the Department of Crime Prevention of smuggling (C74 - the Ministry of Public Security) to conduct physical inspections of the entire shipment.
