166 HCM City- based enterprises owe more than VND3,100 billion in tax

Topping in the list as Xuyen Viet Oil Transport and Tourism Trading Company Limited (tax code 0303830539) has tax debt of VND1,529 billion. Housing Development and Trading Joint Stock Company (tax code 0300446236) has a tax debt of more than VND380 billion. Currently, the General Directors of both of these companies have been arrested by the authorities.
The group of businesses with tax debt from VND50 billion to less than VND120 billion include S.W.P Tay Nam Petroleum Company Limited (tax code 0315022575) with the tax debt of VND 119.3 billion; Truong Thinh Phat Real Estate Construction Investment Joint Stock Company (tax code 0305020360) with the tax debt of VND 83.7 billion; AA Architecture Construction Joint Stock Company (tax code 0302166869) and Nhat Hoang Investment Company Limited (tax code 0301770041) with tax debt of VND55.3 billion and VND55 billion, respectively.
The list also shows that 26 businesses have tax debt from over VND10 billion to under VND50 billion. Tan Phong Investment Trade and Services Company Limited (tax code 0302330879) has tax debt of about VND46 billion. Khai Thinh Real Estate Joint Stock Company (tax code 0314831291) has tax debt ofVND 41.5 billion; Saigon Postal and Telecommunications Services Joint Stock Company (tax code 0300849034) owes about 40 billion.
16 enterprises with tax debt from VND 5 billion to less than VND 10 billion; 79 enterprises have tax debt from over VND 1 billion to less than VND 5 billion, 39 businesses owe tax from over VND 500 million to less than VND1 billion.
