VCN- According to a report on the implementation of Resolution 36a/NQ-CP of the General Department of Taxation, as of 15th December 2017, in 336 administrative procedures, there are 161 online public services at level 1, 48  online public services at level 2, 5 online public services at level 3 and 122 online public services at level 4.

As of 15th December 2017, the total administrative procedure of the Tax sector was 336 procedures.

Especially, for implementation of e-invoice, the General Department of Taxation assisted for over 200 businesses in Ha Noi, Ho Chi Minh City in registering and issuing verified e-invoice. As of 15th December 2017, 5.4 million invoices were verified with a value of nearly VND 50 trillion, in which the actual collected revenue was VND 3.4 trillion.

The General Department of Taxation continues to deploy e-tax declaration and payment services for house leasing and transfer of real estate; pilot e-tax declaration for house leasing in Ha Noi Tax Department and Ho Chi Minh City Tax Department and subordinate departments.

As of 15th December 2017, 43,155 declarations were submitted to Tax authorities (of which, 15,085 declarations in Ha Noi Tax Department and 28,070 declarations in Ho Chi Minh City Tax Department). Total account registered with the Tax authority was 30,103 accounts. The General Department of Taxation has successfully connected with 3 commercial banks (Vietcombank, Vietinbank and Agribank) and is deploying the services to the people.

In 2017, the General Department of Taxation completely developed the system and applied e-tax refund and deployed in specific periods: Since 9th January 2017, piloting e-tax refund service in Ha Noi, Hai Phong; Since 1st March 2017, piloting in Ho Chi Minh City, Dong Nai, Binh Duong, Da Nang, Can Tho, Quang Ninh, Kon Tum, Khanh Hoa, Vinh Phuc, Binh Thuan and Thai Nguyen. Since March 2017 to present day, the General Department of Taxation has assisted 13 Tax departments and piloted e-tax refund in Ha Noi, Hai Phong, Ho Chi Minh, Dong Nai, Binh Duong, Da Nang, Can Tho, Quang Ninh, KonTum, Khanh Hoa, Vinh Phuc, Binh Thuan, Thai Nguyen.

Also, since 1st August 2017, the General Department of Taxation expanded the application of e-tax refund in 63 Tax Departments for businesses subject to Tax refund on export and investment. As of 15th November 2017, 7,643 dossiers of 3,389 businesses were implemented e-tax refund declaration with Tax authority. Of which, 5,866 dossiers were handled with the tax refund of VND 31.5 trillion by the Tax authority.

In addition, the General Department of Taxation has piloted e-tax declaration and payment for Registration fee. In 2017, the General Department of Taxation coordinated with Registry Department and Traffic Police Department and Banks to complete the system, apply and deploy the e-declaration and payment services for Registration fee of car and motorbike.

Since 5th June 2017, the General Department of Taxation has collaborated with Traffic Police Department and relevant units to pilot the e- declaration and payment system for Registration fee in Truong Hai and Honda agents which have vehicles registering in Ba Dinh and Hai Ba Trung District in Ha Noi City. Currently, the pilot has been completed. The General Department of Taxation has completed the system and applications for the deployment.
