Urgently publishing of 24 legal documents guiding 8 Laws

Accordingly, the Prime Minister has directed Ministries to quickly prepare, complete and submit to the Government and the Prime Minister to issue these documents.
Specifically, the Prime Minister requires the Ministry of Finance; the Ministry of Information and Communications; the Ministry of Defense; the Ministry of Health; the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment; the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development to quickly prepare and finalize 6 legal documents to submit to the Government and the Prime Minister before October 15, 2016.
These documents include: the Government Decree on duty-free goods business; the Decision of the Prime Minister issuing the list of the national information system; the Decision of the Prime Minister issuing the rescue plan for national disasters; the Government Decree providing detailed regulations on prevention of online information conflict; the Government Decree providing some regimes and policies for professional soldiers, citizens and defense officials in the army or demobilized from the army; the Government Decree regulating salaries, allowances, housing, conditions to perform the tasks or raise salaries for professional soldiers, workers and officials.
In addition, the Ministries should urgently publish 18 legal documents guiding 5 Laws which will take effect from January 1, 2017, including: the Accounting Law, the Budget Law, the Law on fees and charges, the Press Law, and the Pharmaceutical Law. These legal documents must be submitted to the Government before November 15, 2016.

The Prime Minister stressed that after the deadline, if any Ministers do not complete the task, they would be responsible for the slowness and report to the National Assembly, the Government and the Prime Minister.
