VCN - Customs procedures for goods temporarily imported for re-export are reviewed to be amended in the Draft Decree amending and supplementing a number of articles of Decree 08/2015 / ND-CP on customs procedures,inspection and supervision

 VCN- On October 26, 2016, at the Teleconference of training the Law on import and export duties No.107/2016/QH13 and guiding documents chaired by the Deputy Director General of the General Department of Vietnam Customs Nguyen Duong Thai, Customs representatives of provinces and cities raised questions about the implementation of the Law on export and import duties and proposed for the implementation of management with a number of procedures and enterprises.

VCN- All commodities that contain any kind of alloys, ores and metal compounds in a high level now can go across Po To (the border gate in the economic zone of Ma Lu Thang, Lai Chau) due to a pilot project in the temporary import for re-export. The implementation will continute to be active until December 31, 2016.
