The price of Vietnam's 5% broken rice for export has increased in the last week of September 2021, from US$423-427/ton on September 24, 2021, to US$428-432/ton

Vietnam is facing a number of difficulties in branching out to new markets due to a sharp decline in rice exports to China, according to a trader in HCM City.

Rice export volume and value grew 57.6% and 51.1% over a year back in the first quarter, high compared to annually average level for the same period.
