High-quality human resources: "Hold the gold, don't let it fall"

The shortage of high-quality human resources, especially in high-tech fields, is a major bottleneck in attracting large technology corporations to shift investment locations in research, development and production to Vietnam. Therefore, if Vietnam does not fully prepare the conditions to welcome the wave of high-quality FDI investment, Vietnam will miss a "gold mine" in the future.

In 2023, industrial parks and economic zones kept attracting foreign investors with 27.7 billion USD of FDI capital investment; the number of new investment projects, adjusted investment capital and implemented FDI capital all increased compared to the previous year.
