Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc, his wife and a high-level Vietnamese delegation arrived in Bangkok on August 17 afternoon to begin a three-day official visit to Thailand.

The visit which is made at the invitation of Thai Prime Minister Prayut Chan-ocha aims to deepen the two countries’ relations in various fields such as politics, security, defence, economics and trade.

Thai PM Prayut Chan-ocha hosted a ceremony welcoming his Vietnamese counterpart.

The two PMs inspected guard of honor.

After the welcome ceremony, the two PMs held talks.
