From May 14, units will start handling appraisal enterprises that have not lodged operation reports

VCN – According to information from Price Management Department (Ministry of Finance), 44 appraisal companies have not lodged operation reports.

Recently, the Price Management Department (Ministry of Finance) sent a document to appraisal companies to request a review about lodging operation report in determining value in 2018.

Performing the function of State management on determining value, the Price Management Department has reviewed and counted on the lodging of business situation reports and some indicators of determining value in 2018.

However, up to now, the Price Management Department has not received reports of 44 appraisal enterprises. Therefore, the Price Management Department suggested companies review the submission of reports and send them to the Ministry of Finance.

As of May 14, the Price Management Department will consider handling administrative violations for appraisal enterprises under the provisions of Decree No. 109/2013/ND-CP of the Government regulating the handling of administrative violations in the field of management of prices, charges, fees and invoices.
