E-seal monitoring devices piloted for goods subject to customs supervision

On January 21, the General Department of Vietnam Customs issued a pilot process on management and use of e-seal position monitoring devices to prevent smuggling. Accordingly, the model of e-seal position monitoring system includes the E-seal Position Monitoring Centre located at the Online Customs Supervision Division under the General Department of Vietnam Customs and managed by the Anti-Smuggling and Investigation Department and operates 24/7/. The pilot will take place until September 30, 2020.
