Accordingly, for the imported goods that are scrap, used goods which have specific characteristics of scrap, it would be implemented as prescribed in the document No.4202/TCHQ-PC dated 17/7 of the General Department of Vietnam Customs.
The level of physical inspection for goods shall be implemented in accordance with the directives of the system. Based on the actual situation, the manager of a Customs Branch will decide to change the level of physical inspection and take fully responsibility about his/her decision in accordance with the regulation in Article 29 Decree 08/2015/NĐ-CP of the Government.
For the imported goods which are not scrap, or used goods which do not have specific characteristics of scrap, the physical inspection, form, level of physical inspection shall be implemented as prescribed in the Article 29 of Decree 08/2015/NĐ-CP of the Government.
