Moving away from administrative control toward more economically driven mechanisms and policies is essential.

Dr. Majo George, Senior lecturer in Supply chain management and Logistics at RMIT University, believed that it was time for Vietnam to invest in green hydrogen technology to move towards exporting this energy source.
