Nearly 1.7 billion vnd of Tax arrears are cleared for 3 dissolved enterprises

In which, the Hanoi Customs Department cleared the penalties of tax late payment of 974.4 million vnd for Vietnam Hong Myung Co., Ltd; the Ho Chi Minh City Customs Department cleared over 281.756 million vnd of tax arrears for the My Tho export product manufacturing and processing state enterprise and over 414.247 million vnd of import tax arrears for the Commercial Company of Buon Ma Thuot Town-Dak Lak province.

It is acknowledged that the Vietnam Hong Myung Co., Ltd was the dissolved enterprise; the functional authority sold the assets and collected Tax arrears. The Management Board of Industrial Zones of Phu Tho province issued Decision 19/QD-BQL dated Jun 28, 2007 to retrieve the Investment Certificate of the Hong Myung Co., Ltd.

My Tho export product manufacturing and processing state enterprise was a dissolved State enterprise under Decision 243/QD.UB dated April 20,1990 of the My Tho City People's Committee.

The Commercial Company of Buon Ma Thuot Town-Dak Lak province was a dissolved State enterprises under the dispatch No.303/UBND-KT dated January 12, 2017 of the Dak Lak Province People's Committee.

Under the provisions of the Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Tax Administration Law (2012) and Decree No. 83/2013/ND-CP of the Government on clearance of impossible to collect tax arrears and penalties arising before 1/7/2007, the 3 enterprises above are subject to and eligible for tax debt clearance.
