More than 177 foreign investors granted securities transaction codes

VCN- According to the Center of Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD), byAugust 31, more than 177 foreign investors wereissued with securities transaction codes, of which there were 36 organizations and 141 individuals.

Thus, in the first 8 months of 2016, VSD has granted stock transactions for19,625 foreign investors, including 3,045 organizations, and 16,580 individual investors.

In addition, in August 2016, VSD has also approved information changes for 31 foreign investors (including 8 organizations and 23 individuals); and cancelled securities trading codes for one foreign investor organization.

According to statistics of the VSD, the current balance of securities trading codes is 19,625 current codes (3,045 organizations and 16,580 individuals)
