Ha Tinh Customs coordinate to arrest a man carrying heroin

On August 26, at Ngan Pho hotel (located in Pho Chau town, Huong Son district), the competent forces arrested Pen Chan Tha Vong who was born in 1982 (from Xop Tuong village, Xay Cham phon, Bolykhămxay, Laos) for storing narcotics.

At the scene, the competent force discovered that under the bed was a plastic bag containing two bricks suspected to contain heroin.

Additionally, at the investigation agency, Pen Chan Tha Vong claimed that he was hired to transport the heroin from Laos to Vietnam. To avoid the surveillance of competent forces, Vong crossed through the forest to Ngan Pho hotel to deliver the drugs.

Currently, the competent forces are conducting further investigations.
