According to the statistics of the General Department of Taxation, Ministry of Finance, fom the beginning of the year until June 25, 2016, Tax authorities at all levels have made expenditure of 54,370 billion vnd, after deducting the number of refunds paid in 2015 from the advance cost estimate is 7,556 billion vnd in 2016, the figure left for refund is 46,814 billion vnd.
In detail: Expenditure for reimbursement decisions in 2015, by all cost estimates was 6,780 billion vnd; Expenses for the reimbursement decision issued in 2016 was 40,034 billions vnd.
The Tax service has conducted inspections and examinations of more than 2,000 VAT tax refund files (corresponding to the amount that was already completed was more than 10,000 billion vnd), though that returned completely and sanctioned was over 130 billions vnd.
Noteworthy, through monitoring, the Tax service has discovered 556 files (corresponding to 3,500 billion vnd) that are disqualified for value added tax refund.
Mr.Phi Van Tuan, Deputy Director General of the General Department of Taxation said that through management practices, working closely and monitoring the value of VAT tax refund, is one side to motivate and support the enterprise, on the other hand is to strictly comply with the guidance of the Ministry of Finance, as an important contribution to assist the Ministry of Finance, the Government to be proactive in operating funds, then become proactive in operating the task of socio-economic development in general. .
