At the meeting, Director General Nguyen Van Can was delighted to welcome the UK delegation for the visit and working withVietnam Customs.
Director General Nguyen Van Can highly appreciated the UKBF’s support in the training on targeted identification for Vietnam Customs and hopedthat this will meet requirements on improving skills and qualifications in analyzing, targeting and selecting containers of Vietnam Customs officers the same as UKBF’s officers.
Accordingly, the first training course held in June with the cooperation between Vietnam Customs and UKBF to improve the capacity for Vietnam Customs officers on risk management, information collection and analysis and targeting goods took place effectively. From now to the end of March 2020, the two authorities will organize three training courses to train 50 customs officers.
