The offender and the heroin

At 6.45 pm on June 16, at Khoi Dong Tam area, Tuan Giaotơn, Tuan Giao district, Dien Bien province, the Drug Enforcement Unit worked with PC04 Unit (Dien Bien Public Security), Tuan Giao district’s Police and arrested Sung A Ly, born in 1984 (residing at Tu Lang A village, Muong Bam commune, Thuan Chau district, Son La province) for trafficking drugs.

At the site, the forces seized four heroin bricks weighed 1.4kg
