VCN – Permanent Deputy Prime Minister – Director of National Steering Committee 389 Truong Hoa Binh requested the Ministry of Finance to direct the General Department of Vietnam Customs to promptly re-examine the responsibilities of concerned individuals, especially heads of units, for the occurrence of 213 containers of goods in transit but not exiting.

Considering the report of the Ministry of Finance on the results of handling 213 containers of goods in transit but not exiting, the Deputy Prime Minister assigned the Ministry of Finance to continue implementing the guidelines of Deputy Prime Minister – Director of National Steering Committee 389 in Document No. 13806 / VPCP-VI dated 28/12/2017 of the Government Office.

The Prime Minister asked the Ministry of Finance to direct the General Department of Vietnam Customs to promptly re-examine the responsibilities of related individuals, especially the heads of units for the incident of 213 cargo containers in transit but not exiting, ensuring strict compliance with the provisions of law.

Those authorities need to report to the Prime Minister with the results before 1/5/2018.
