By the end of September, Vietnam's exports to the UAE reached US$4.31 billion USD, a sharp increase of 43.67% (US$ 1.31 billion).

Vietnam's largest export group to this Middle Eastern market is phones and components with a turnover of US$2.54 billion, an increase of 56.85% year-on-year.

In addition, there are many groups of goods with turnover from tens to hundreds of millions of dollars.

These include: computers, electronic products and components reaching US$357 million; machinery, equipment, tools, spare parts reaching US$380 million; footwear of all kinds reaching US$151.2 million...

On the contrary, imports from the UAE by the end of September reached US$653.46 million, an increase of 21% year-on-year (nearly US$114 million).

By the end of September, there were three groups of imported goods from the UAE reaching a turnover of hundreds of millions of dollars, including: other petroleum products reaching US$252.77 million; liquefied petroleum gas reaching US$187.2 million; and raw plastic materials reaching US$128.38 million.

By the end of September, Vietnam - UAE trade reached nearly US$5 billion, of which Vietnam had a trade surplus of nearly US$3.66 billion.
