On August 14, according to sources from Customs Magazine, the empty container was transported on a ship from Tanjung port (Malaysia) to Nam Dinh Vu port (Hai Phong) on July 23, 2024.
The declaration on the e-manifest shows that this is an empty container. After realizing suspicious signs, the Customs Enforcement Team and Dinh Vu Seaport Customs Branch (Hai Phong Customs Department) inspected the container on August 6, 2024.
The Customs discovered three cars inside the container. Specifically, the Customs detected one unused tourist-style car, white color, brand Chery Tiggo 7 Pro, 5-seat model, left-hand drive, and made in China.

Based on the inspection results, the Customs Enforcement Team and Dinh Vu Seaport Customs Branch continue to investigate the case.
