Gofingo Vietnam Co., Ltd enforced to suspend its import and export for failing to pay taxes worth about VND 10 billion

The Investment/Processing Customs Branch under HCM City Customs Department has issued a decision to discontinue procedures for imports and exports involving Gofingo Vietnam Company Limited (address: 8th floor, office building of 4-C Thuy Loi Construction Corporation, Ward 26, Binh Thanh District, HCM City, tax code: 0315529414) in line with HCM city Tax Department’s Official Dispatch No. 8668/CTTPHCM-QLN dated July 11.

According to the decision, the company owes taxes more than 90 days from the expiry date of the payment deadline, so it will be fined over VND 9.7 billion.

The decision, which has been in effect since July 17, will be terminated until the company fully pays its tax debts.
