100% of airlines have already made e-declarations to National Single Window

After the process of piloting to complete the system, currently, the National Aviation Single Window has received three types of e-documents from airlines, recording the time of receiving and processing e-documents.

At the same time, receiving information related to the aircraft (nationality, flight schedule, arrival time, departure time, parking location, passenger entrance gate, time of loading goods) from the Flight Management System of Vietnam Airport Corporation (ACV) for entry, exit and transit flights at Noi Bai International Airport.

Thereby, determining the closing time for receiving the last information from the airline to the National Single Window system as stipulated is at least three hours for long flights and 30 minutes for short flights before aircraft entering the country, to close a list of expected to load goods in order to sent to the Aircargo Warehouse System, and automatically send it to the Airway Supervision and Management System when problems arise.

Besides that, the system has filtered the information declared slowly compared to the regulations, marked and displayed for easy recognition by officials in the process of approving declarations for amending and supplementing aircraft information.

In case declarations for amending and supplementing aircraft information, it has been received and alerted to customs officials for approving or rejecting the contents. After amending and supplementing information is approved, the system will prepare a list of expected additional loading and unloading, send it to the System of Aircargo Warehouse Enterprises as prescribed.
